Continuing on the integrated turn signals, in the end there will be 15 LEDs per side which will be very visible in all conditions.
Fiberglass exhaust bracket after a small miscalculation of corner speed at a local lapping day. The bracket stayed strong and didnt break.
Example of a Fiberglass exhaust bracket I made for an older bike (1985 Kawasaki Ninja 600R), the
finish was not key on this piece as its not a show bike. The bracket is extremely strong,
durable, light and has survived a few crashes as well.
Available for most applications.
Prices range from 20$ for a simple example like the one above and up depending on materials used, complexity
and finish.
The bracket after a week of 'stress testing'. Conclusion: Its strong. Weight: 2g
Available Materials: carbon fiber or fiberglass.
Available Finishes: untrimmed and unfinished or trimmed and clear coated.
Prices Soon.
Overall very happy with the result. I made a few adjustments to the mold to give subsequent brackets better optics and a bit of extra rigidity (not that it needs it). Available soon for most applications.
Carbon bracket before final trimming, drilling and mounting. Super light and super strong.
Custom dashes: clean, simple & light. Available in Carbon, Carbon/Kevlar, Fiberglass.
The carbon I needed to make a few different parts came in finally, 5.7oz 2x2 TWILL 3K 0.10"
Disassembling and inspecting the stocker, there will be room for at least 10-15 LEDs for each signal.
